The facility houses
43 injection molding presses ranging from 28 to 500-tons, with injection unit shot size capacities of 0.90 to
48.00
ounces respectively.
Among the many highlights of the facility are its advanced laboratory
facilities, leading edge capabilities in CAD design and manufacturing
equipment, tool and die making capability, modern quality assurance
testing tools, and a fully staffed, in-house tool room with journeyman
moldmakers dedicated to maintenance and repair.
In addition, warehousing for raw materials and work in progress
inventory is all under one roof to provide the highest level of
efficiency and customer satisfaction.
